I noticed him watching me as I sat in my car at the pump. I went inside to pay. He moved his car to the pump next to me. When I came out of the store, he's was standing next to his car on his phone. As I began pumping gas he came over with his phone in his hand and said excuse me m'am you don't know me but do you have a couple of dollars? I replied to his question. He put the phone back up to his ear and raced to get inside his car then drives off.
I watched him the whole time I stood in line. He asked no one else for gas except me. He was on his cell the whole time being fed information to look for a specific person to ask. The odd thing about him asking the question is that he held that cell phone out for whoever was on the other end to hear the conversation.
This was another bullying ploy setup by Russell and Joseph Simmons.
I'm not being paranoid. These bullies are sociopaths and masterminds at creating scenarios and sitting back to watch or hear about your response to the scenario. It's their way of winning.
